黄俊,中国地质大学(武汉)教授、博士生导师。长期从事行星地质研究和教学工作,面向国家深空探测重大战略中的月球与火星探测,聚焦这两个天体的表面地质过程。入选嫦娥四号月球探测任务核心科学家团队成员,中国空间科学学会月球科学与比较行星学专业委员会委员,《地球科学》和《地球与行星物理论评》首届青年编委。受国家自然科学基金委、国家航天局和中国科学院先导计划的资助,在National Science Review, Geology, Geophysical Research Letters, Journal of Geophysical Research-Planets, Geomorphology, Astrobiology和Science China等国内外专业期刊发表了多篇一作/通讯论文,报道对于火星和月球表面地质过程的新认识。2021年入选国家级青年人才计划并获湖北省自然科学二等奖(排名第二)。
Jun Huang is a Professor of Planetary Science at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). He has worked on numerous Mars missions including the 2001 Mars Odyssey Thermal Emission Imaging System (THEMIS), Mars Global Surveyor Thermal Emission Spectrometer (TES), the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter Compact Reconnaissance Imaging Spectrometer for Mars (CRISM), and Moon missions including Chang’E-1, Chang’E-2, Chang’E-3 and Chang’E-4. Jun participated in these science teams while pursuing his Ph.D. at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Arizona State University and now at CUG. His research focuses on the composition, physical properties and processes, and morphology of planetary surfaces, with an emphasis on Mars and the Moon. His research uses infrared spectroscopy and comparative planetary geology. He is very active in education and public outreach.
