The ISLPS 2016 will be held at the Kingdom Hotel, the Optical Valley, Wuhan, Hubei Province, June 09–10, 2016.

4. Registration and accommodation

For non-students participants ………………1500.00 RMB/250US$

For students participants…………………………1000.00 RMB/180US$

Registration will be at the lobby of Kingdom Hotel.

Registration time will be from 14:00–22:00pm June 8^th and 8:00–12:00 am June 9^th.

The symposium will arrange lunch and dinner on both June 9^th and 10^th for all the participants registered.

5. VISA application: To request a participant letter for visa purposes, conference participants are urged to request their visas early as there are often delays in this process. Questions should be directed to Dr. Jun Huang at junhuang@cug.edu.cn.

6. Conference site: The ISLPS2016 will be held at the Kingdom Hotel, the Optical Valley, Wuhan. As many of you have probably noticed, ISLPS 2016 falls on the week of June 09–10. While these dates correspond to the week following up to the National College Entrance Examination, the Kingdom Hotel at the Optical Valley did provide us with optimal (if not ideal) arrangements with hotel rooms and conference site. This hotel is a five star hotel with high standard of accommodations. The contract price between the hotel and ISLPS will be ￥420/night (~65 US$/night) for a two-bed room, and ￥450/night (~70 US$/night) for a king-bed room. We highly recommend attendees to ISLPS 2016 choosing this hotel.

8. What to do at Wuhan?

Wuhan is a modern and historical city located at the central part of China. There are a lot tourist sites within the city. This city is also well known for the many different traditional cuisines.
